Tech for Nonprofits. Skills for Change.
Empowering nonprofits through technology to transform lives and communities. From our beginnings as a hackathon, we've grown into a volunteer-driven nonprofit delivering scalable, cost-effective tech solutions.
Our organization is built on 3 main pillars:
1. Our fellow non profit organizations that serve various communities. We aim to save their day to day work atleast by 20% through digitization
2. Our Volunteers who are students or women in sabbatical looking for a break in the tech inustry or getting into their dream schools having a safe playground to learn and contribute as well as get visibility through referrals and mock interviews.
3. The beneficiaries of the non profit organizations we digitize get to train as tier 1 support for the applications we build and get absorbed as tech support by the very non profits that served them.
Our diverse team of professionals, students, and returnees dedicate their time to help nonprofits reclaim manual hours through automation and AI-driven solutions.

ExecVault — The CEO's Minion
Code For Good volunteers, built a 24/7 AI executive assistant that drafts communications, prepares board materials, writes grant narratives, tracks compliance, and generates financial summaries — all in the CEO's own voice.
Powered by Claude AI (Anthropic), this platform covers 6 modules: Communications, Board & Meetings, Grants & Funding, Compliance, Financial, and Program & Impact. Eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits can access ExecVault free through Anthropic's nonprofit program and AWS credits (operating cost as low as $5–10/month). For the broader community, it's available for a small donation — making professional-grade executive support affordable for every mission-driven leader.

Safe AI for Kids
Code For Good is developing a child-safe AI literacy program that teaches kids how to interact responsibly with AI tools. The initiative focuses on age-appropriate digital citizenship, helping children understand AI concepts, recognize bias, and use technology ethically—partnering with schools and youth-serving nonprofits to bring the curriculum directly into classrooms and after-school programs.
We are currently working with local youth centers run by Boys & Girls Club of greater Ventura County spreading the Safe AI and Digital Skills across K-12 students. This program is Free for all. If interested, contact:safeai@codeforgood.us

STEM Graduates Career Path — AI Era
Entry-level CS job postings dropped 60% between 2022 and 2024. CS graduates now carry a 6.1% unemployment rate, while 41% of those who are employed are working in roles that don't require their degree. The problem isn't the graduates. University curricula built for a pre-AI world simply don't teach what the market is hiring for
Code For Good's STEM Career Readiness Program is a structured, self-paced initiative built on 8 pillars: AI-augmented skills, a deployed project portfolio, gig economy entry, personal branding, micro-internships, strategic certifications, industry tooling, and community impact projects. Students who complete it don't just become employable, they become optioned: ready for a job offer, freelance income, or a startup of their own. This program is offered Free for non-profit beneficiaries and eligible students. Others can make a small donation. Contact stemgradcareer@codeforgood.us for access
Agentic AI for Nonprofit Organizations
Code For Good is pioneering the adoption of Agentic AI workflows for small and mid-sized nonprofits that lack the resources to hire dedicated tech staff. Using platforms like n8n, we design and deploy AI agent pipelines that automate grant research, donor outreach, reporting, and operations—empowering mission-driven organizations to scale their impact without scaling their overhead.
MesaFarm

Hackathon 2024
In December 2023, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County CEO Danica Selvaggio approached Code For Good for help with their youth tracking process in the Youth centers. Our volunteers built a secure, mobile-friendly Flutter app on AWS Amplify with a Node.js backend and MySQL database, integrating image recognition and automated notifications to enhance engagement and data security. This initiative led Founder Saritha Ivaturi to incorporate Code For Good as a nonprofit organization in 2024.
